Recently, Dr. Heliang Fu, Chairman of Jiangsu Aidea Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Aidea Pharma”), led delegation to visit Namibia. They were warmly received by Namibian President Nangolo Mbumba at the Presidential Palace, where the two sides held talks.

During the meeting, Chairman Fu introduced the core business of Aidea Pharma to President Mbumba, and elaborated on the Aidea's development strategy and plan in Africa. President Mbumba extended a warm welcome to Chairman Fu and his delegation, and expressed that the Namibian government will provide a superior environment and comprehensive support for the development of Aidea Pharma in Namibia.

President Mbumba also requested relevant institutions and departments of Namibia to actively promote the cooperation with Aidea Pharma in the field of HIV and accelerate the implementation of the projects under discussion, to benefit the people of Namibia.

The former Minister of Health of Namibia, the Vice-Chancellor of the Namibia University of Science and Technology, the officials in charge of the International University of Management, and well-known experts in HIV research in Africa, also attended the meeting.
